How do I sign up for the Workshop?

2. Complete Worksheet. We will email a Worksheet for you to complete and email back to us before the Workshop. If we have any questions we will contact you. We will also contact you if your estate requires more advanced estate planning beyond the scope of this Workshop.
3. We draft your documents.
4. Attend the Workshop. Presentation and Q/A with Gita Nassiri, Esq. and review and signing of your Will and other documents.

During the workshop, attorney Gita Nassiri will go over each document and its purpose.  She will talk about other estate planning tools such as living trusts.  You will also learn about probate- what probate is and possible ways to avoid it.  In her friendly and approachable style, Gita will address your questions so that when you leave the workshop you are fully satisfied and feel empowered and confident in your new estate plan.

After the Workshop, you’ll receive the following:
